How it works

Introduction

A working session on your use case: the consequential operations, the policies that should govern them, and who has to trust the evidence.

Scoping

A short written scope both sides sign off on: the governed operations, the policy model, and what a successful pilot proves.

Collaboration

A lightweight agreement, then the work: milestone builds, policy co-design, structured review.
